It's not just a treat, it's a treatment.

“Beauty lies in a healthy mind,

body, and spirit."

The fastest way to reduce tension on the back, lower back, neck, and shoulder or specific area of discomfort. Massage therapy, particularly Swedish massage, has very particular health benefits beyond the bliss you might encounter after a stressful day. The benefits of a relaxation massage are numerous including: improving circulation, enhancing relaxation, improving energy and concentration, and easing tension in the body.

Thai herbal compress massage has been used for millennium in Thailand to relieve tired minds and sore bodies. The benefits of Thai compress massage are vast. It has proven to induce a deep relaxation, relieve stress, improve circulation of blood and lymph. A selection of therapeutic herbs including ginger, turmeric and lemongrass, are wrapped in a muslin compress, steamed and then applied to the body in gentle pressing, circular and rolling movements.

Prenatal massage is a great way to relax and relieve pain from your body as you prepare for baby. Focusing on your comfort, the Massage Therapist will help to alleviate stress and fatigue and ease any sore spots in your low back and throughout your body. We utilize pillows and specialized bolsters to allow you to lie comfortably on your stomach or on your side. Prenatal massages can be done after the first trimester.

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet. Reflexologists believe that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person’s general health.

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that it’s used to help you relax tense muscles. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. Hot stone massage is great if you’ve just gotten over a head cold or you just need to escape the daily grind and want to rejuvenate your mind and body.

All massages are available with optional hotstone and/or aromatherapy treatements

Get lashes that look longer, darker, and more voluminous with a lash lift! Make the most of your gorgeous lashes with immediate results you’ll love. A lash lift is a low-maintenance lash curling service which works to enhance and define the natural eyelashes. Lash lifts provide an enhanced natural look for up to 6 weeks, and are great for those who do not want the maintenance or cost of eyelash extensions.

Lash lifts work to enhance your eyelashes by first softening, and then re-strengthening them, into an upward curl. We can add a tint to our lash lift services, which adds a fuller, darker look to the end result. Tint lasts up to 2 weeks, and can be done in between lash lifts to maintain that bolder look and avoid the need for mascara.

Before any eyebrow service, please arrive without any makeup or oils on your eyebrows. Brush them in the desired direction with the provided aftercare at least 2 times a day. If you require more aftercare product, coconut oil can be used as well!

A basic facial is a skin treatment that cleanses pores, exfoliates away dead skin cells, and treats common skin concerns with a custom mask. This multi-step process is meant to rejuvenate and nourish faces, making skin appear healthier and younger. It is also a popular spa treatment to pamper and relax, right up there with a massage.

The short-term benefits of facial treatment can be seen during and after treatment. When the treatment is finished, the face feels completely fresh and clean. Skin feels softer and more hydrated right away, and the client feels relaxed. Acne breakouts may fade or disappear gradually after treatment. The skin may feel plumper in the case of mature skin. Regular facial treatments lead to a better appearance of the skin, especially every month. Acne breakouts may be significantly reduced in adolescent and young adult skin. Facial treatments can also help to calm sensitive skin, especially during the colder months A good facial will leave your skin looking and feeling better, but should also leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed, and the experience should allow you some well-deserved downtime and give you a good pampering.

Waxing is a type of hair removal that uses warmed wax and apply wax strips to remove hair from the hair follicle. When waxing, you not only remove unwanted hair—you also wax away any dry and dead skin cells in the process. Waxing will NOT make the hair grow faster or become thicker. Regular waxing treatments can both reduce the density and diameter of the hair growth over time. For waxing to be effective, the hair must be at least 1/4 inch long.

What are the benefits?

The best known benefit of waxing is that the hair doesn’t grow back very quickly. Smooth and even skin, one waxing session can keep you silky smooth for three to six weeks. When waxing, you not only remove unwanted hair—you also wax away any dry and dead skin cells in the process. After waxing, the regrowth of your hair is very slow, often taking 4 to 6 weeks. As well, many say that they have found their hair to be finer, after the regrowth.

When to avoid waxing

Although waxing is a low-risk hair removal treatment, there are times to avoid it. Avoid waxing any areas where you have rosacea, rashes, a sunburn, or irritated skin, or are using Retin-A or alpha hydroxy acid topically or taking Accutane. You may also want to avoid waxing any area on top of or around spider veins as waxing may exacerbate them.

As with shaving and tweezing, there’s some risk of hair follicle inflammation—also known as folliculitis. If you’re prone to folliculitis, take special care after waxing; use a cold compress on the affected areas, wear loose-fitting clothes and don’t get sweaty for 24 hours as sweat can irritate recently waxed skin.

And finally, if you’re at a salon and see double-dipping into the jar of wax, leave immediately and come see us instead! We take hygiene seriously which means we use disposable sheets and waxing strips, we disinfect the table and tools after each client, and we never double-dip into the wax.
